Copp has traveled extensively throughout the world and has contacts worldwide due to his involvement in international gymnastics competitions. He reportedly has expressed interest in traveling to Panama and Colombia. Copp is believed to have lived in Maro, Spain, and most recently in the area of Nerja in Malaga, on the southern coast of Spain. He is known to stay in hostels throughout Spain.

CAUTION
William Lee Copp is wanted for child pornography offenses which occurred from the late 1990s through 2004, in Englewood, Florida. Copp is alleged to have used his credit card to subscribe to a web site which allowed him to access child pornography. Copp allegedly downloaded child pornography and saved it to his computer and disks.

Copp was charged in a 126-count criminal complaint and capias by the 12th Judicial Circuit Court, State of Florida, for obscene material possession-possessing a photograph of the sexual performance by a child (child pornography) in violation of Florida State statute. Copp was scheduled to appear for a court proceeding on February 2, 2006, in Sarasota County, Florida, however, he failed to appear. He also was scheduled to appear for his trial on February 6, 2006, at the Circuit Court, Sarasota, Florida, however, he failed to appear again. On February 7, 2006, a state warrant was issued for his arrest.

In addition, a federal arrest warrant was issued on February 24, 2006, by the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, after Copp was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

CAUTION
Richard Wright Laguardia is wanted for the alleged continuous sexual abuse of two minor females in the early 1980s. He was originally charged in 1982 with three counts of child sexual abuse, including lewd or lascivious acts with a child. He was subsequently arrested, but posted bail and never appeared in court. At the time, Laguardia was on probation for child physical abuse charges. A state bench warrant was issued on March 2, 1983, by the Riverside Superior Court in California after Laguardia failed to appear for a hearing. Laguardia was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and a warrant for his arrest was issued by the United States District Court, Central District of California, on November 1, 1996.

On February 15, 1996, Lynn Owen Cozart was found guilty of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, endangering the welfare of children, and three counts of indecent assault in the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. These charges stemmed from the discovery that Cozart had molested his three juvenile children from 1984 through 1994. Cozart failed to appear for his sentencing on April 8, 1996, and has been a fugitive since that time. A federal arrest warrant charging Cozart with unlawful flight to avoid confinement was issued in the Western District of Pennsylvania on March 22, 2002.

CAUTION: Miguel Angel Ruiz-Rivera is wanted for his alleged involvement in the sexual abuse of an eleven-year-old girl. The crimes occurred over a seven-year period beginning in approximately 1997, in Herndon and Leesburg, Virginia. Ruiz-Rivera was reportedly the boyfriend of the victim's grandmother at the time of the abuse, and he had lived with the victim and her grandmother.

On July 6, 2004, a state arrest warrant was issued by the Loudoun County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, Commonwealth of Virginia, after Ruiz-Rivera was charged with aggravated sexual battery upon a child less than 13 years of age. Ruiz-Rivera was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest on August 22, 2006.

CAUTION

Erik Kristian Moller, a convicted child molester, is wanted for failing to appear for sentencing in San Luis Obispo, California, in 2003. Between the years of 1997 and 2000, Moller was entrusted to care for his female victim on almost a weekly basis while she was ages 10 through 14. He induced the girl with drugs and/or alcohol prior to the molestations. On December 18, 2002, Moller was convicted of two counts of lewd act upon a child. Moller was released on bail until sentencing. On March 18, 2003, Moller failed to appear for sentencing related to the lewd act upon a child conviction. Moller was sentenced in absentia to ten years in state prison. On March 19, 2003, a felony bench warrant was issued for Moller after he was charged with failure to appear. On April 24, 2003, Moller was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution by the United States District Court, Central District of California, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest.

Philip Leland Riley was set to go to trial on July 7, 2009, for charges stemming from his alleged sexual assault of a nine-year-old boy in November of 2008. The attack occurred in the locker room of a local community service facility in Beaverton, Oregon. Riley was arrested for this crime and released on bond. The weekend prior to the start of his trial, he disappeared. Riley was indicted by the grand jury of Washington County for one count of sodomy in the first degree and three counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. On August 10, 2009, a federal arrest warrant was obtained in the United States District Court, District of Oregon, Portland, Oregon, and Riley was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Jose Gustavo Badillo is wanted for allegedly raping and molesting a minor female over the course of several years, beginning approximately in 1998. On September 1, 2005, the District Court of the 20th Judicial District, State of Oklahoma, issued an arrest warrant after Badillo was charged with first degree rape. Badillo was charged federally on September 19, 2005, with transporting a minor in foreign commerce with intent to engage in sexual activity, and tampering with a federal witness/victim. In addition, on February 23, 2006, United States District Court, Eastern District of Oklahoma, issued an arrest warrant for Badillo relating to a charge of possession of child pornography.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Jose Gustavo Badillo.

The two may be travelling in a stolen, white 2008 Acura TSX with California license plate 6AXX928.

An arrest warrant was issued for Tafoya by the Ventura County Superior Court on December 14, 2007, after he was charged with child stealing, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and car theft. On December 31, 2007, Tafoya was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court in Los Angeles.

These assaults occurred between September of 1995 and April of 1996, in Clackamas County, Oregon. Silsbee was acquainted with each of the victim children, having either babysat for them or taken them to various events. Silsbee was charged with first degree sodomy, first degree sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a minor, and first degree unlawful sexual penetration in a local arrest warrant in Clackamas County, Oregon, on July 24, 1996. A federal arrest warrant charging him with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued on September 19, 1996, in the United States District Court, District of Oregon, Portland, Oregon.

Hollin has traveled to the following areas: Nova Scotia, Costa Rica, Aruba, Venezuela, Isla Margarita (off the coast of Colombia ), Jamaica, Bahamas, Barbados, Grenada, San Blas Islands, (off the coast of Costa Rica), Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada, Guatemala, and Puerto Rico. He has also traveled throughout the United States and has ties to Indiana and Kentucky.

CAUTION

Charley Hollin is wanted for kidnapping and child molestation. On January 20, 1999, a ten-year-old female resident of Seymour, Indiana, was allegedly abducted at knife point outside a local girl's club and later sexually assaulted. After the molestation occurred, Hollin reportedly made the victim leave the car naked, and her clothes were thrown out of the car after her. On February 3, 2000, an arrest warrant was issued for Charley Hollin in the state of Indiana, Jackson County, for two counts of confinement and three counts of child molesting. Additionally, on April 5, 2007, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, District of Indiana, after Hollin was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Charley Hollin.

CAUTION: William Willingham is wanted for kidnapping and rape in Tate County, Mississippi. On December 22, 1998, Willingham is alleged to have tied up his girlfriend in her bedroom at her residence, and proceeded to the next room to rape her daughter. Willingham's girlfriend managed to free herself and went to the aid of her daughter. However, Willingham allegedly brandished a knife and forced his girlfriend back into her room. He then returned to the room of his girlfriend's daughter and allegedly continued to rape her. Willingham soon fled the residence. On March 4, 1999, Willingham was indicted by a Tate County, Mississippi Grand Jury for statutory rape and kidnapping. A federal arrest warrant was subsequently issued after Willingham was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

REWARD: The FBI and the Tate County Sheriff's Office in Mississippi are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of William Willingham.

That same day, a state arrest warrant was issued in the State of Minnesota, Seventh Judicial District, after Brovold was charged with criminal sexual conduct. CAUTION
In 2003, Thomas Emil Sliwinski was charged with criminal endangerment for having sex without consent with his young stepdaughter. He pled guilty to this charge and the plea agreement required Sliwinski to attend sex offender treatment. He was also charged with tampering with physical evidence after it was learned that he had destroyed evidence and Sliwinski was convicted of this charge. Sliwinski was given a five-year suspended sentence for both of these convictions.

Sliwinski was later kicked out of his sex offender treatment program. As a result, the Lewis and Clark County Attorney in Montana filed a petition to revoke Sliwinski's probationary sentences. Andrew J. Brantz, a convicted sex offender, is wanted for child molestation in Arizona. In January of 1986, Brantz was convicted of molesting a family member, who was under the age of 15. Brantz was charged with one count of attempted sexual molestation, and one count of dangerous crimes against children. The incidents, which took place over a period of 5 years, occurred when the female victim was alone with Brantz. The molestation involved Brantz fondling the victim inside her clothing.

After serving 6 months of his 5-year prison term in jail, Brantz subsequently received life-time probation for the above-mentioned crime. After his release from prison in 1986, Brantz allegedly molested another family member under the age of 15. He allegedly fondled the female victim underneath her clothing, and the incidents were reported to authorities in 1991.

A state warrant was issued on May 26, 1992, by the Superior Court of the state of Arizona, County of Maricopa, after Brantz violated his probation.
